Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.). And Warren later gathered additional support from Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and Sen. Gary Peters (D-Mich.), who leads the Homeland Security panel.
