Backers for the new fund include Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) General Partners Marc Andreessen and Chris Dixon, angel investor Elad Gil, Union Square Ventures Managing Partner Albert Wenger, global investment firm Tiger Global and European hedge fund manager Brevan Howard.
